Overview

Established in 2010 our client is an independent privately owned bespoke developer operating throughout Surrey, currently live on 3 traditionally built projects ranging from 10 to 60 units.

Due to the planning approval on a new development, they are now in the market for an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager to initially be based on a 55 unit RC frame development in Slough, where the groundworks are commencing next month, working with a Snr Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to showcase longevity within the house building industry and deliver high quality units to programme away from the large Plc’s. In return, they can offer the ability to develop your career within a financially strong business with astute land knowledge.

Duties:

Reporting to the Build Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for day to day site activities, controlling sub contractors and ensuring that material supplies are available. Key responsibilities are meeting deadlines and making sure that quality standards remain high while keeping the health, safety and welfare of the site workforce a top priority.
